This is an agreement for online sales between you and Profusion (Profusion International Creative Consultancy, we). These Terms and Conditions do not apply to any sales by third parties which are done through any links published on the Site
www.profusion.org.uk. Your use of the Profusion Site will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Profusion Site Terms and Conditions.

The Site is published by Profusion (Profusion being the publishing and bookselling arm of Profusion International Creative Consultancy). Profusion’s contact address is 15 Clarendon Road, London W11 4JB, United Kingdom.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, please redirect your browser to another address and refrain from using the Site.
Availability
Any information regarding availability is subject to the publishers’ existing stock levels. Due to the fact that the Site’s connection to the stock database is not live and permanent, it is possible for the availability displayed for each title to be subject to changes.
Pricing
All items are charged in UK Pounds Sterling (£).Profusion supplies items at the publisher’s recommended price, with the exception where a specific discount is offered by the publisher. Prices may be increased by the publisher with no prior warning and changes to the information on the Site may appear only a later date or upon ordering new items. In the event of such changes or any pricing errors howsoever caused, Profusion will check with you if you still wish to receive the item at the new price or prefer a reimbursement.
Discounts
Profusion may provide discounts on certain books, but please note that student or OAP discounts are not applicable. Multiple orders (more than 10 books) will be processed in different conditions than regular sales and special discounts may apply upon agreement between Profusion and the buyer. Payment Methods
Full payment for all orders is required at the time of ordering. Orders not accompanied by payment or authorisation to debit of PayPal accounts, or credit / debit cards, will be returned with a proforma invoice requesting payment before goods can be despatched. Goods remain the property of Profusion until payment is received. Payment can be made by PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro.
VAT
No VAT is currently applied to books sold in the UK. If there is any change in legislation, VAT will be applicable at the standard rate in accordance with such changes.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the publications supplied by Profusion belongs to their respective copyright holders, and they are used either by agreement or by right of usage.
The layout, Site content, Site design, graphics, text, software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this Site are copyright Profusion. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with
profusion.org.uk or using this Site as a shopping resource. No photos presented on this site may be used without express permission from Profusion. Any other use of materials on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication without prior permission granted by Profusion is strictly prohibited.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Profusion reserve the right to change or update any Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Site from time to time without prior notice to users.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are guaranteed by and constructed in accordance with English law with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
